Hi, I’m T’maya, one of the founders of Loúmaison.
As someone who has always loved travelling, I know how important it is to find somewhere that feels just as comfortable as home. That’s why we created Loúmaison — offering boutique serviced accommodation across Birmingham with a focus on comfort, style and genuine hospitality.
Whether you’re visiting for business, leisure or a longer stay, our aim is to make every experience comfortable, seamless and memorable.
We’re also passionate about building long-term relationships with landlords and property investors who want to place their properties with a trusted accommodation provider. We take care of the property day-to-day, from guest management and bookings to presentation, maintenance and ongoing care, allowing our partners to benefit from a professionally managed investment without the everyday demands.
Through our partnership with Loú Property Care, every property also receives professional cleaning and property care, helping us maintain the standards our guests expect while looking after the homes entrusted to us.

I enjoyed my stay here. The accommodation is just as pictured. Clean and well put together. I enjoyed the added touch of fragrances when you enter the accommodation. There is a fresh new smell for each room. Loumaison communicated very clear and politely when contacted. All the amenities listed were included and worked well. 10/10 would recommend.
